🥣 1. Breakfast – Keto Pap & Chakalaka Eggs

Ingredients:

  • ½ cup cauliflower (grated – your pap replacement)
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tsp olive oil

Directions:

Ingredients:

  • 2 chicken thighs
  • ½ tsp turmeric
  • ½ tsp garlic powder

  • ½ cup spinach
  • 2 tbsp fresh cream or coconut cream
  • Salt to taste

Directions:
Grill chicken with spices. In a small pan, wilt spinach and stir in cream.

Ingredients:

  • 250g ground beef or ostrich mince
  • 1 cup shredded cabbage
