Thank you for shopping with BIOSLIM S.A. We are committed to delivering your order quickly, safely, and affordably. This Shipping Policy outlines how and when your order will reach you.

1. Delivery Areas

We currently ship within South Africa only.
If you would like to inquire about international shipping, please contact us at info@bioslim.co.za

2. Processing Times

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment is received.
Processing may take slightly longer during high-volume periods, sales, or holidays.
You will receive a WhatsApp notification once your order has been dispatched.

3. Delivery Timeframes

We use reputable South African courier partners such as The Courier Guy.

Estimated delivery times:

  • Major Cities: 1–3 business days
  • Regional Areas: 2–5 business days
  • Outlying / Remote Areas: 3–7 business days

Please note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to weather, courier delays, or external factors beyond our control.

4. Shipping Fees

Our shipping rates are:

  • Standard Delivery: R150.00
  • Free Delivery: Orders over R1000.00

Shipping costs will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive:

  • A shipping confirmation email
  • A tracking link or tracking number

You can track the status of your parcel via www.thecourierguy.co.za

6. Incorrect Shipping Information

Please ensure all delivery details are correct at checkout.
We cannot take responsibility for delays or misdeliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.
If you need assistance correcting an address, please contact us immediately at info@bioslim.co.za

7. Delivery Attempts

Couriers typically make 1–2 delivery attempts.
If delivery fails due to inability to reach you, the parcel may be returned to us. Reshipping may incur an additional fee.

8. Damaged or Missing Parcels

If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive within our estimated delivery window, please email us at info@bioslim.co.za within 24 hours with:

  • Your order number
  • Photos (if applicable)
  • A brief description of the issue

We will assist promptly.

9. Click & Collect / Pickup (Optional)

Customers may collect orders from:

Pickup hours: Monday–Friday, 9:00 am to 4:00 pm
Please wait for the “Ready for Pickup” notification before arriving.
